High Pressure Mill is suitable for grinding the barite, limestone, kaolnite, ceram and slags, etc. which below scale 9.3 of Moth and below 6% shadness and 280-odd sorts of non-inflammable and non-explosive stuff in the trades of mining, metallurgy, chemical engineering and building material for high fine powder generating and processing . The Product size is adjustable in the range of 80-425 mesh. It is possible to produce 30-80 mesh coarse powder through special device in the machine.
Characteristics:
1.Unique design,in the cavity of the main engine rubs,we designed a pressure device
of 1500kg—2000kg on the plum flower trelis。The product increased 10-30% of the same class, the material roller compaction strength which
from the attrition installment enhanced 800-1500kgf ,the fineness of the end product can reach 1000 mesh。
2.The adaptability of materail is strong ,it is avaliable for every kinds of materials below Mohs' scale 9.3 levels.
3.High Pressure Suspension Mill meets the requirement of national dust-dump standard.
4.The roll installment has high quality and highly effective processing craft , The unstaggered multistage seal has guaranteed the good seal effects.
5.The roll, rubs the link has long cylcle replacement, which rejected the diseases of replacement cycle short of the vulnerable centrifugal grinder.
6.The separator can be adjusted very easily
7. Compared with other mills, its capacity increases by 10%-20% under the same power condition, and compression force of rollers to material improve 800-1200kgf under the force of high-pressure spring.
8. Size of final product can be 0.613mm (30mesh) –0.033mm (425mesh). Some can reach the fineness of 0.013mm (1000 mesh).
9. The separator can be adjusted very easily.
10.The multi-class seals are adopted to keep the grinding equipment tightly closed.
